“Wheel of fortune” campaign rules
The current version is published on this page.
1. Organizer
The campaign is organized by WIKI GROUP SRL, IDNO 1021600019879, registered address: mun. Chișinău, str. Petru Zadnipru 16, ap. 57. Phone: +373 78 119 119.
2. Duration
The campaign runs from the publication of these rules on wikibowl.md until the Organizer ends it. The end of the campaign is announced on this page.
3. Participants
Individuals aged 18 or over who are registered on wikibowl.md may take part.
One person — one account. Taking part is free: spins are paid with bonus points, not money.
4. Bonus points
Points are given: for signing up on the website — 100 points; for completing the profile — 10 points (once).
For a website order — 1 point for every 10 lei of the order total (rounded down), for orders from 150 lei. Points are given for at most 1 order(s) per day.
What points are worth: 100 points = 1 spin of the wheel of fortune (so about 1000 lei of orders give one spin).
Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other users.
5. How the draw works
One spin costs 100 points; the points are deducted when you spin. At most 3 spins per day per participant.
The result is drawn at random by the Organizer’s server according to the chances in the table below; the wheel animation only shows a result that has already been drawn.
Every spin wins a prize — there are no losing sectors.
6. Prizes and chances
Every spin wins one of the prizes. The chance of each prize:
| Prize | What it is | Can be used | Order from | Chance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A portion of vegetables | product or topping added to the order for free | 1 order within 7 days | 150 lei | 20% |
| -5% for a week | discount on the dishes (5%) | every order for 7 days | 150 lei | 10% |
| A portion of protein | product or topping added to the order for free | 1 order within 7 days | 150 lei | 15% |
| -10% for a week | discount on the dishes (10%) | every order for 7 days | 150 lei | 7% |
| Extra sauce | product or topping added to the order for free | 1 order within 7 days | 150 lei | 25% |
| -20% on one order | discount on the dishes (20%) | 1 order within 7 days | 150 lei | 3% |
| Free vegan cheesecake | product or topping added to the order for free | 1 order within 7 days | 150 lei | 20% |
7. Using a prize
How long a prize is valid and in how many orders it can be used is shown in the prize table ("Can be used"); the period starts when the prize is won. Prizes are used in website orders.
A percentage discount applies to the dishes, not to delivery. Gift with every bowl: one gift for each bowl in the order (poke, salads, soups, smoothie and Hard Rock bowls, and poke and salads from the builder).
One prize per order. The minimum order is 150 lei unless the table shows another amount.
A prize cannot be combined with promo codes. Free delivery applies to delivery orders only.
Products and toppings are added to the order by the kitchen; a prize cannot be swapped for another product or exchanged for money.
If the online payment of the order fails, the prize becomes available again until it expires.
8. Abuse
The Organizer may cancel points and prizes obtained in breach of these rules: through several accounts of one person, fake or cancelled orders, or technical exploits.
9. Changes and end of the campaign
The Organizer may change the rules, prizes and chances or end the campaign by publishing the changes on this page. Changes apply to future spins; prizes already won keep their terms until they expire.
10. Personal data
Participants’ data is processed under Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and the website terms, only to run the campaign and fulfil orders.
11. Disputes
Questions and complaints: +373 78 119 119. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
