These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.wikibowl.md apply to orders for the purchase of products offered by WIKI GROUP SRL through the website.

This website is owned by WIKI GROUP SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions), set out below.
Use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions offered by WIKI GROUP SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Relations between the customer and the seller are governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other regulations adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to follow the changes.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as delivering the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorised access, to keep data accurate and to ensure the correct use of information on the website. Data transmitted over the internet or a wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, who provides it at their own risk.
Orders can be paid by payment card – when you receive your order, you will get a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.
Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card that allows online transactions. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, a global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. When paying, the user is redirected to a secure MAIB page, where each cardholder is authenticated with a one-time code for every online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. This information is transferred with all necessary security measures. It is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a dedicated server of the payment system.

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the conditions of the issuing bank apply when converting the amount charged to the card account.
After the order is placed, the buyer is informed of the expected date on which the order will be handed over to the couriers.
Delivery within Chișinău is made within 30 – 180 minutes after the order is confirmed by our operators. Deliveries are made from 10:00 (on Sundays from 11:00) to 22:00 and are charged according to the delivery address (included in the order total).
The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated cases (for example: bad weather, public holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you in advance if we face one of these situations.
You can choose any delivery address – home, office or any other address – at no extra charge. We accept one delivery address per order. If you need the order delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
When receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any later claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
In accordance with Law No. 105-XV of 13 March 2003 on Consumer Protection, the Buyer has the right to return a purchased product/item for certain reasons within 14 days of the day of payment. The money is refunded to the card used for the purchase.
Items listed in Annex No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (MO175/09.11.2007), cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any information provided by users and consumers of the website www.wikibowl.md will be considered and will represent express consent for the personal data to be used by the Provider.
